Mateen Enterprises operates multiple specialized manufacturing units designed to ensure efficiency, precision, and consistent product quality. Each unit is equipped with advanced machinery and modern production technologies, enabling streamlined workflows across milling, machining, heat treatment, finishing, and assembly processes. The structured division of production facilities allows the company to maintain strict quality control, optimize capacity, and meet diverse customer requirements. Through continuous investment in infrastructure and technology, Mateen Enterprises ensures that its manufacturing units support both large-scale production and highly precise instrument fabrication.
CNC Milling
Mateen Enterprises uses advanced CNC milling machines to manufacture high-precision components for surgical, dental, and beauty instruments. This automated process ensures consistent accuracy, tight tolerances, and superior surface finishes. With multi-axis milling capabilities, we can produce complex geometries efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Our CNC milling operations are fully integrated with quality control systems, allowing for reliable, scalable, and precise production to meet global customer requirements.
CNC SwissTurn Production
Mateen Enterprises employs CNC SwissTurn machines to produce high-precision, small-diameter components for surgical, dental, and medical instruments. This technology allows for complex geometries, tight tolerances, and consistent accuracy in mass production. The automated Swiss-type lathes ensure efficient machining, superior surface quality, and repeatable performance, meeting the exacting standards of global customers. Integrated with our quality control systems, CNC SwissTurn production guarantees precision, reliability, and scalability in every component.
Drilling Operations
Mateen Enterprises utilizes advanced drilling technologies to achieve precise and consistent hole- making for surgical, dental, and medical instruments. Our drilling operations ensure high accuracy, clean finishes, and tight dimensional control, which are critical for instrument functionality and assembly. Supported by modern machinery and skilled technicians, the process delivers reliable repeatability and efficiency across varying component designs. Integrated quality checks throughout the operation guarantee that every drilled part meets strict international manufacturing standards.
Polishing and Granding
Mateen Enterprises employs advanced polishing and grinding systems to achieve smooth, precise surfaces on all surgical, dental, and medical instruments. These processes remove imperfections, enhance durability, and ensure a high-quality finish that meets international standards. Using vibratory grinding, electro-polishing, and manual finishing techniques, our skilled technicians deliver consistent accuracy, aesthetic quality, and functional performance.
Each instrument undergoes strict quality checks to guarantee precision, reliability, and long-lasting results.
Lazor Welding
Mateen Enterprises uses advanced laser welding technology to join components with high precision and minimal thermal distortion. This process is ideal for surgical, dental, and medical instruments, ensuring strong, durable joints without compromising instrument quality. Laser welding provides clean, accurate seams, maintains strict tolerances, and supports complex designs. Integrated with our quality control system, every welded instrument meets international standards for safety, strength, and reliability.
Internal Ring Grinding
The Jig/Fixture: The circular, geared plate serves as a rotating fixture. It holds the instrument securely in place so that the grinding belt can maintain a consistent angle and pressure inside the finger ring.
The Grinding Belt: A thin, high-speed abrasive belt (visible in the bottom-left and top-left frames) is threaded through the finger ring. It moves over small rollers to sand or polish the inner circumference to a smooth, burr-free finish.
Manual Control: While the machine provides the mechanical rotation and belt speed, the technician (wearing protective white gloves) manually guides the pressure and positioning to ensure uniformity.
Established in 1981, Our Company manufactures a wide range of Surgical Instruments with specialization in Cardio Vascular, Orthopedic, Gynecology & Plastic Surgery Instrumentation.
