From 1992 to 2004, Mateen Enterprises entered a transformative phase under the leadership of three partners: Mr. Pathan, Mr.Mobeen, and Mr. Sheraz.Their strategic direction strengthened operations, modernized processes, and positioned the company for international growth.During this period, Mateen Enterprises expanded globally with the founding of MateenMed Medical Technology in Germany. During 2006 to 2010, Mateen Enterprises achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 accreditation, reflecting its strong commitment to internationally recognized quality standards. These certifications marked a critical step in formalizing structured quality management and regulatory compliance.The company also expanded its business model by introducing OEM, OBM, and ODM services. From 2013 to 2014, Mateen Enterprises took a major step toward modernization by introducing semi-automatic milling machines to enhance product quality and increase production capacity. During this period, the company also installed an electro-polishing system, established gilding and black coating facilities, and launched a second production unit dedicated to dental forceps and root elevators. In addition, the introduction of laser welding systems significantly improved precision, strength, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
From 2016 to 2017, Mateen Enterprises further strengthened its manufacturing capabilities by establishing the third production unit for the milling shop, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and capacity. During this period, the company introduced a state-of-the-art continuous hardening furnace, recognized among the best in the industry, followed by the installation of a second continuous hardening furnace (KOEHNLE) to support growing production demands. Additionally, a water treatment system was implemented to improve employee welfare and ensure highly effective instrument washing and cleaning processes, reinforcing the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and modern production standards.
From 2018 to 2019, Mateen Enterprises advanced its technological capabilities with the introduction of CNC milling machines and Swiss-type lathes. These upgrades enabled superior precision, improved efficiency, and enhanced product quality.During this time, MDR compliance activities were initiated, and China Class I registration through Orcamed was pursued. The company also welcomed its third-generation leadership and implemented vibratory grinding and diamond coating systems.
In 2020 and 2021, Mateen Enterprises reinforced its sustainability initiatives by installing a solar power system to optimize energy efficiency. From 2022 to 2023, Mateen Enterprises founded its fourth production unit, marking another significant step in its growth strategy. The acquisition of a new conveyor belt hardening oven from Switzerland (SOLO) further strengthened production efficiency and quality control.The company expanded its facility by an additional 25,000 sq ft, bringing the total covered area to 40,000 sq ft.
